Creating Manual and Wholesale Orders

Written by Daniela

You can create manual and wholesale orders directly in Artelo.

The process is the same for both: add a product to your cart, adjust the quantity if needed, and complete checkout.

You can add an existing product from the My Products page or create a one-time product specifically for the order.

This process can be used for:

  • Manual orders

  • Replacement orders

  • One-time orders

  • Wholesale and bulk orders

Step 1: Add a Product to Your Cart

There are two ways to add a product to your order.

Option 1: Use an Existing Product

Go to the My Products page and find the product you want to order.

Click Add to Cart.

Repeat this process if you want to add additional products.

Option 2: Create a One-Time Product

If you don’t want to create a saved product in My Products, you can create a one-time product instead.

Go to the Orders page, click Create Order, then select Create a One-Time Product from the dropdown.

Choose the product you want to order:

  • Standalone Frame: Select the size, frame type, and color.

  • Art Print: Select the paper, size, and framing options, then upload your design.

Once the product is configured, click Create Product in the top-right corner.

You’ll be taken to your cart.

Step 2: Set Your Quantity

In your cart, review your products and adjust the quantity as needed.

For a standard manual order, you may only need one item.

For a wholesale or bulk order, increase the quantity of each product to the amount you want to purchase.

If your order qualifies for wholesale pricing, click Wholesale Discounts to review the available quantity discounts.

Step 3: Review Branding

Choose whether you want to include any available branding options, such as inserts or stickers, with the order.

Step 4: Complete Checkout

Select a saved shipping address or add a new one.

Select or enter your payment method, review the order details, and click Confirm Order.

Once submitted, the order will appear on the Orders page, where you can track its status and fulfillment.
