If an order is still in Received status, you can place it on hold to make changes before production begins.
While the order is on hold, you can:
Add products to the order.
Select Don’t fulfill for products you no longer want fulfilled.
Change the design for a product.
Check the order’s production status
Before making changes, confirm that the order is still in Received status. You can find the production status in either of these places:
The Production Status column on the Orders page.
Production History on the Order Details page.
Only orders that are still in Received status can be placed on hold.
Put the order on hold
Go to the Orders page.
Click the order you want to modify.
Click Modify Order in the top-right corner.
Select Hold Order.
The order will move from Received to Pending Approval, allowing you to make changes.
Make changes to the order
While the order is in Pending Approval, you can:
Click Add products to add another product to the order.
Select Don’t fulfill on any product you no longer want Artelo to fulfill.
Click the red Change design arrows next to a product to update its design.
Send the order back to production
When you’re finished making changes, click Send to Production.
The order will return to Received status and continue through the production process.
